Returns and cancellations

For any return request, contact ASGA at team@asgasolution.com before sending an item. Include your order number. We will provide return instructions for eligible returns. Please do not send customer returns directly to Printify or a print provider.

Printify production issues

If an item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing or printing error, contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery and include clear photos. You do not need to return the damaged item. We will submit an issue report to Printify; if Printify approves it, Printify may provide a free reprint or refund. Printify's 30-day reporting window applies to damage and production errors only. Printify does not cover exchanges or returns for a wrong size, color, or change of mind. Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.

EU cancellation rights

If you are an EU consumer, you may have a right to cancel most online purchases within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. If you exercise that right, notify us within the applicable period and return the goods within 14 days after notifying us. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop; where the law allows, you may be responsible for diminished value caused by handling beyond what is needed to assess it. Exceptions may apply to goods made to a consumer's specifications or clearly personalised where the legal exception applies.

For eligible non-faulty returns, you are responsible for direct return shipping costs where applicable law permits and we disclosed this before purchase. We will provide the return instructions and address after you contact us. When a refund is due, we will issue it to your original payment method within the timeframe required by applicable law. For statutory cancellations, we may withhold the refund until the goods are returned or you provide evidence that they have been sent back, as permitted by law.

Faulty or incorrect items

This policy does not limit your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described under applicable consumer law. Contact us at team@asgasolution.com with your order number and details so we can help.
